How to use Makeup Chameleon Foil:

1,Clean the surface of your nails.
2,Apply the base coat. (Cure under UV/LED lamp)
3,Apply White or Black gel. You can apply this flakes on different base colours. (Cure under UV/LED lamp)
4,Apply another layer of the gel coat, cure (not totally fry), then place the powders onto your nails. Better to

use a nail silicone pen.
5,Seal it with UV/LED Top or No-Wipe Top coat to get a smooth surface. (Cure under UV/LED lamp)
